On July 7th, which was last Saturday, I met up with my host family from last year. Lorraine had texted me and told me to pack long pants, a jacket and comfortable shoes. I had absolutely no idea where we were going or what we were going to do, but I did as she said. They came to the campus area at 7.30 am and picked me up. They met with my leader and then I found out that we were going to Sea world in San Diego. I have actually wanted to go there since we drove by it on our San Diego tour last week so I was very excited.
We watched a lot of the shows, also a lot of the nice animals, we went on a few rides and just walked around. It was so much fun to meet with them again and we had a lot of catching up to do. Instead of writing exactly what we did and when we did it, I’ll post some pictures for you to look at instead.

I also got these amazingly cute slippers from Lorraine. I can’t get a good picture of me wearing them but as soon as I do, I’ll post it here.
I had an amazing day with them. It was so much fun to meet them once again, since it had been almost a year, and also to see Sea World.
